The Biogas Technology Ltd proven range of CEN landfill gas flare systems have been designed to ensure that our clients can meet the requirements of PPC when considering landfill gas management and combustion.
Building on the success of our range of high temperature, low emission flares the CEN range adopts more sophisticated burner technology to achieve low noise and low emissions. Supported by sophisticated telemetry and remote control features the CEN range of flares provide the landfill operator with the necessary reliability of operation demanded by the latest regulatory requirements.
The CEN flare range starts at very low flows, 50m3/hr, and extend to a maximum standard capacity of 2000m3/hr. The lower end capacity is specifically designed for older, closed landfills thatrequire compliant combustion of LFG at low flow. To meetanother requirement of closed landfills the complete range of CEN flares have been fitted with sophisticated telemetry and remote access / control. This ensures complete operator efficiency and accountability through the provision of logged operating data.
The CEN Flare range has also been designed to accommodate additional instrumentation and process control features as optional extras. This enables the landfill operator to choose the level of control and instrumentation to meet site specific requirements.
